for Professional K-9 Handlers & Emergency Medical Personnel

K-911 EMERGENCIES brings education to you through training. Programs are developed to train S.W.A.T., Police K-9 handlers, E.M.T.'s Firefighters, Paramedics and S.A.R. members in procedures of emergency medical care for the sick and injured K-9.

Participants will learn from lectures and hands-on practice. Education for the pre-veterinarian emergency care will include basic emergency first aid to advanced airway maintenance, I.V. skills, and the administration of life saving medications. Tactical scenarios will cover skills should a handler be injured. Procedures which are currently being used to separate the K-9 from its handlers without harm to the dog will be taught.
